The active substance is oxymetazoline hydrochloride. 1 ml of solution contains 0.5 mg of oxymetazoline hydrochloride.
Other Ingredients: Benzalkonium chloride, disodium edetate, propylene glycol, disodium phosphate dodecahydrate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate, purified water.

dosage
Always use this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
Acatar Control is for nasal use only.
The drug package should not be used by more than one person.
Akatar Control should not be used in children under 6 years of age.
Children 6 to 12 years of age: One dose in each nostril twice a day.
Adults and children over 12 years: one dose in each nostril 2-3 times a day.
Use only for a short period of 3 to 5 days, no more than 7 days. Do not use higher doses than recommended.

Instructions for use of the drug
Before the first use, activate the dispenser by pressing the pump several times until the first full spray appears. Keep your head straight (without tilting it back) and place the tip of the applicator into the nostril without completely blocking the lumen. Then quickly and firmly press the dispenser, inhaling gently through the nose. Clean the dispenser after use. The use of the dispenser by more than one person may spread the infection.

Uncommon side effects (more than 1 in 1000, but less than 1 in 100 people taking the drug): palpitations, increased heart rate and increased blood pressure after topical intranasal administration of the drug.
Rare side effects (more than 1 in 10,000 but less than 1 in 1,000 people who take the medicine): headache, insomnia, fatigue, restlessness.
In rare cases, swelling of the nasal mucosa (so-called reactive congestion) may increase after the drug has stopped working.
Prolonged or frequent use of oxymetazoline, especially at doses higher than recommended, may lead to drug-induced rhinitis. This may occur after 5-7 days of treatment and, if continued, may cause permanent damage to the nasal mucosa.

Warnings and Precautions
Acatar Control contains benzalkonium chloride, which may cause irritation of the nasal mucosa.
Keep away from children.
Store below 25°C.
Shelf life after the first opening of the package is 1 month.
use of other medicines
Taking tricyclic antidepressants or MAO inhibitors (medicines used to treat depression, for example) at the same time or just before taking Acatar Control may lead to an increase in blood pressure.
