The drug is intended for adults and adolescents over 6 years old for: reducing swelling of the mucous membrane in rhinitis and in the treatment of damage to the nasal mucosa, treatment of non-allergic mucositis (vasomotor rhinitis), treatment of nasal congestion after surgery.

Description

Action

Septanazal Adult Nasal Spray contains xylometazoline hydrochloride and dexpanthenol. Xylometazoline hydrochloride has a decongestant effect and reduces swelling and discharge from the nose. Thus, it relieves the feeling of nasal congestion. Dexpanthenol – a derivative of the vitamin, pantothenic acid, promotes wound healing and protects the epithelium of the nasal mucosa.
Dosage
Septanazal for adults is indicated for adults and children over 6 years of age. The recommended dose is one spray in each nostril up to three times daily as needed.

The writing
1 dose of nasal spray contains: active ingredients: xylometazoline hydrochloride 0.1 mg; 5 mg of dexpanthenol and excipients: potassium dihydrogen phosphate, disodium phosphate dodecahydrate, purified water.
