Active ingredient: xylometazoline hydrochloride.

1 g of gel contains xylometazoline hydrochloride 1 mg.

Excipients: sodium chloride, disodium phosphate dodecahydrate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate monohydrate, disodium edetate, benzalkonium chloride solution, sorbitol, hydroxyethylcellulose, glycerin, purified water.

dosage
Always use this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.

Adults and children over 12 years old: 1 dose of gel in each nostril every 8-10 hours.

Do not use for more than 3-5 days.
For hygiene reasons, the packaging should only be used by one patient.
action
Xylogel 0.1% causes vasoconstriction, reduces swelling and hyperemia of the nasopharyngeal mucosa, and reduces the amount of discharge.

Xylogel 0.1% is indicated as an aid in the treatment of:

acute rhinitis of viral or bacterial origin,
acute or chronically progressive sinusitis.
allergic rhinitis,
acute otitis media – open the Eustachian tube.

Do not take Xylogel 0.1%

in case of hypersensitivity to any component of the product,
with atrophic rhinitis,
in children under 12 years of age.

headache, insomnia

The shelf life of the product after the first opening of the vial is 12 weeks.

antidepressants
